EARLY COORDINATION
We work with owners, contractors, engineers, architects, and VDC teams to address access, sequencing, constructability, and installation requirements before they become field problems. Because structural steel is frequently on the critical path, resolving issues before fabrication can help protect downstream work and the overall project schedule.
FIELD-INFORMED DETAILING
Our steel detail models and drawings incorporate direct input from the field professionals who understand how the steel will be accessed, sequenced, erected, and installed. Bringing installation experience into the detailing process helps identify constructability concerns earlier and reduce avoidable RFIs, field modifications, delays, and rework
VERIFIED FIELD CONDITIONS
Our in-house Trimble X9 and X7 reality-capture capabilities document existing conditions and provide highly reliable spatial information for coordination, fabrication, and installation.
On complex projects—including seismic upgrades, renovations, and tenant improvements—registered point clouds and coordinated models allow proposed steel to be evaluated against real-world site constraints before fabrication. This helps reduce late RFIs, field modifications, safety exposure, cost, and schedule risk.
AWARD-WINNING SAFETY
Our 0.72 five-year average safety E-Mod and multiple AGC Best-in-Class Safety Awards reflect a disciplined safety culture built into planning, coordination, and field execution.
